• The Chancellor
• The Vice-Chancellor and President
• The Chairperson of Academic Board

Appointed members

• 6 members appointed by the Governor in Council

Elected members

• 2 members of the University's academic staff
• 1 member of the University's general staff
• 2 members of the student body (other than a person mentioned above)

Additional members

Council must appoint 4 additional members (not members of staff or students), at least one of whom must be a graduate of the University.

Observers (no voting or participation in discussion rights)

As approved by Council.
