Meet our counsellor
"I am Sara, a dedicated mental health professional committed to supporting individuals and groups on their journey to mental wellness. My counseling approach is grounded in compassion and a deep understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds.
As a university counsellor, I specialize in helping international students navigate the unique challenges they face, including stress, anxiety, and academic pressures, along with the complexities of adjusting to new environments. By utilising evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, I empower students to develop effective coping strategies and enhance their resilience.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where students feel valued and understood, guiding them toward a brighter, healthier future."
