What is Equip?
UniSC Equip is a free, government-funded program for adults considering starting a TAFE or university qualification. We offer a range of short workshops and one-on-one phone consultations to help you gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to succeed in your study goals.
Who can participate in Equip?

Aged 18 or over

Thinking about starting study at university or in Vocational Education and Training (VET)
-
Not a currently university student
-
Haven't already completed a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification

An Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent Australian resident, or Australian humanitarian visa holder

Living in one of the following areas: Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Gympie, Fraser Coast, Wide Bay or South Burnett

Get all the essential info and resources you need to confidently embark on your educational journey (any TAFE or uni qualification). Hear firsthand from a current student and gather valuable insights to plan your next steps.

- Common barriers to study and strategies to overcome them.
- Pathways and entry requirements. Find the best route to your desired study area.
- Costs and financial support. Learn about options to ease financial concerns.
- Balancing study and life. Tips and strategies to manage your time effectively.
- Support services. Access the help you need to succeed.
