NUR313 Leadership and transition to evidence-based professional practice

*Not offered until Trimester 2, 2027* This course enables you to critically examine the role of the nurse as a leader, advocate, and evidence-informed practitioner. Key themes include clinical leadership, health systems literacy, ethical decision-making, conflict resolution, and the promotion of Cultural Safety. You will explore strategies to lead change, support colleagues, and uphold nursing’s social contract with the community.
