You will explore how connection to Country, culture, family, and community shapes health and wellbeing, and begin to understand the ongoing impacts of colonisation and social determinants on health outcomes. The course will help you develop the foundational knowledge, awareness, and reflective skills needed to provide culturally safe and respectful care as a beginning nursing student.
