This course will focus on the 4Ms framework to examine and enable implementation ‘What Matters’, ‘Medication’, ‘Mentation’, and ‘Mobility’. You will critically analyse how ‘What Matters’, ‘Medication’, ‘Mentation’ and ‘Mobility’ operate as interdependent domains that must be considered together rather than as separate clinical checklists when translated into practice.
