You will deepen your understanding of the teaching and learning cycle refining your use of data to inform responsive teaching, advocate for effective practices, and improve outcomes. As an emerging teacher-leader, you will build skills to communicate about student data with stakeholders. Through sustained reflective practice, you will critically evaluate your teaching and identify your next steps for growth consolidating a professional identity ready to lead in today's classrooms.
