Master of Engineering Project Management
UniSC’s Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) / Master of Engineering Project Management provides a streamlined study pathway that allows you to complete both your undergraduate and postgraduate engineering qualifications in one cohesive program.
You will choose to specialise in civil, electrical and electronic, mechanical or mechatronic engineering after the first year of your bachelor’s degree. During the Masters component of your study, you will learn to plan and manage projects and build an understanding of what underpins all branches of engineering.
In this program you will:
- Commence your career in engineering with an accelerated masters level qualification.
- Develop advanced engineering knowledge across your chosen specialisation.
- Gain practical skills through UniSC’s dedicated engineering laboratories, state-of-the-art visualisation studio, guest lectures, and site visits.
- Attain skills in Engineering contracts, procurement, risk, resource planning project execution and more.
- Get hands-on experience through 12 weeks of work experience.
- Develop professional engineering competencies in project management, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, communication, and research.

*The minimum selection threshold for this program is unknown as there has been no prior intake. An indicative adjusted ATAR/rank score of 80.00 is anticipated however the minimum threshold will be dependent on the competitiveness of the applicant pool. All applications are encouraged.
Your choice of undergraduate engineering specialisation sets the foundation for your future, and allows you to progress into the Master of Engineering Project Management.

The specialisation chosen in your bachelors degree will also prepare you for careers in specialised fields across civil, electrical and electronic, mechanical or mechatronic engineering
Your undergraduate study sequence will follow the structure of the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), and your masters sequence will align with the Master of engineering Project Management.
As part of the combined program, you will only need to complete 120 units at the masters level, instead of the standard 192 units. Program information including study sequences and course information can be found by visiting the Master of Engineering Project Management program page.
Domestic students
Indicative 2026 fees (CSP): A$8,336*
Commonwealth supported places are substantially subsidised by the Australian Government so that students only pay 'student contribution" amounts. The student contribution amount will vary depending on the course you are studying and how much funding the Government provides.
If you accept a Commonwealth supported place you are a Commonwealth supported student. As a Commonwealth supported student you must make a contribution towards the cost of your education (unless you are enrolled in Enabling or Tertiary Preparation Pathway courses) with the majority of the cost met by the Commonwealth Government.
Commonwealth supported places are only available to domestic students. As a domestic student you are entitled to a Commonwealth supported place in an eligible program if you:
- meet the citizenship and residency requirements
- complete an electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF)
- meet the University's entry requirements for your chosen program.
