Scholarship applications for Study Period 2 are now open and will close on Sunday, 2 August 2026.
All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by August 31, 2026.
Eligibility
Applicants must be commencing honours study* at UniSC, have enrolment as a Commonwealth supported student in any ‘end-on’ Honours program (eg not an embedded Honours or Professional Honours program), and not already in receipt of a UniSC merit scholarship or a UniSC Honours or Postgraduate Scholarship for their Honours year of study.
* Please ensure you have lodged your Application for Honours Program.
Selection criteria
- Academic merit, based on GPA for advanced level courses undertaken
- Research focus and potential alignment to UniSC Research concentrations (under research themes)
- Intention/motivation for ongoing study/research and pursuit of a Higher Degree of Research (HDR)
- Financial need and other equity considerations determined by the University (for equity scholarships only)
Value
Scholarships will be paid in instalments over two (2) semesters, or pro rata payment for part-time students, equivalent to the units of study.
