We are living longer than ever, but how do we ensure we're thriving in those extra years, not just surviving?

This presentation explores what the science tells us about ageing well and keeping our brains healthy throughout life. We will look at how lifestyle factors impact brain ageing, with a particular focus on exercise and how it supports brain health at a biological level. You'll also learn practical strategies for turning good intentions into lasting habits.
