Mark Pratt has been an endorsed Nurse Practitioner since 2013 and is a valued member of the Thompson Institute’s PTSD research team. His career spans a diverse range of clinical programs, with a strong foundation in hospital‑avoidance initiatives and, more recently, end‑of‑life care.
Originally trained as a mental health nurse, Mark has broadened his expertise to practise as a generalist Nurse Practitioner, bringing a compassionate, person‑centred approach to every setting. He is currently a PhD candidate at UniSC, further advancing his research and clinical interests.
Mark was recently recognised as a finalist for the prestigious Barney HH Moy Award for Person‑Centred Care, highlighting his dedication to delivering exceptional and empathetic healthcare.
