Kylie is an accomplished executive leader with a strong record of delivering large-scale transformation across complex, multi-campus universities. She brings deep expertise in strategic planning, financial sustainability, capital and digital infrastructure delivery, and enterprise-wide governance, capabilities that are critical as UniSC continues to grow and strengthen our regional, national, and global impact. Kylie holds a Master of Business Analytics (Deakin) and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Maths) (USyd).
Kylie joined UniSC from the University of Nottingham, where she was serving as Interim Chief Strategy Officer, leading an institution-wide transformation program focused on long-term growth and financial resilience. Previously, as Chief Strategy and Operations Officer at the University of Nottingham Malaysia, Kylie led the development and delivery of the University’s strategic plans, major campus infrastructure projects, and enterprise-wide digital modernisation. Under her leadership, the institution exceeded enrolment targets, strengthened governance and risk frameworks, and delivered significant capital and systems programs.
Earlier in her career, Kylie held senior leadership roles at the University of Sydney and Macquarie University and co-founded a higher education consulting firm advising universities internationally on strategy, growth, and operating model design. Across her career, Kylie has led change at several universities, translating strategic ambition into outcomes that strengthen performance and long-term sustainability.
As a member of the University Executive, Kylie will lead the Chief Operating Office portfolio and her leadership will be central to ensuring UniSC’s systems, services and infrastructure are aligned to support our core mission of learning, teaching and research, while building a resilient and future-ready organisation.
