Marc worked as a bilingual/multicultural primary school teacher in an immigrant community in Los Angeles (where he is originally from). He has taught, researched and provided expertise in the US, Latin America, Asia and Australia. Marc is a scholar, leader and pedagogue in the areas of citizenship, diversity and social justice Education. His research seeks to understand and celebrate how diverse youth, in Australia and beyond, foster mutual aid and solidarity, and build a collective sense of belonging, inclusion and resilience.
