Graduate Research Development Program

The Graduate Researcher Development Program (GRDP) provides a structured pathway for UniSC graduate research candidates to develop advanced research capabilities and transferable skills essential for success in academia and beyond.

Anchored in UniSC’s Researcher Development Framework, the program supports progression from foundational competencies through to higher-level expertise as your research evolves.

Through a curated suite of workshops, seminars, and resources, delivered by UniSC Schools, departments, and research centres, GRDP fosters scholarly excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and professional readiness for diverse career trajectories.

The GRDP is a self-directed program which allows you to identify your strengths and areas for growth and then create a bespoke program for yourself from the available offerings to support your own personal skills development priorities.

Features UniSC graduates and current students working on presentations, business meetings and marketing planning.
