This masterclass explores the growing evidence behind shorter workweeks and their impact on wellbeing, productivity and the future of work. Led by Dr Jane Menzies, Postgraduate Business Coordinator, you'll examine how four-day models can reduce stress and improve mental health while maintaining, and potentially increasing, organisational performance. Drawing on insights from Asian and Australian contexts, the session will also consider what these shifts mean for leadership, organisational design and policy in a rapidly changing global economy.
