UniSC has delivered accredited nursing programs for more than 20 years and has celebrated the graduation of more than 6,000 nursing students.
As part of our commitment to ongoing improvements, the Bachelor of Nursing Science curriculum has been updated to reflect contemporary nursing practice, current accreditation requirements and feedback from industry.
The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (Anmac) are currently reviewing our program and upon successful receipt of accreditation and subsequent approval by NMBA, the program will lead to registration as a nurse or midwife in Australia under the approved qualification pathway, National Law 53a.
Please note: until accreditation is finalised, this education program of study is not yet accredited by Anmac or approved by the NMBA and will not lead to registration as a nurse or midwife in Australia under the approved qualification pathway, National Law Section 53a.
When will accreditation be provided?
We expect the accreditation process will be completed in November 2026 and UniSC will provide updates to the Bachelor of Nursing Science program page with the outcome of accreditation as soon as received.
Can I still apply for study in 2027?
