Tertiary Preparation Pathway
The Tertiary Preparation Pathway (TPP) is a bridging program designed to help you experience university life and build confidence before starting a full degree. Whether you haven't studied recently or want to strengthen your knowledge in key areas, TPP supports you in developing essential study skills like critical reading, researching, assignment writing, and referencing. The program also builds foundational knowledge in subjects like science, mathematics, and business.

- Study up to four TPP courses from a range of options.
- Study for FREE as a domestic student (Australian citizens, permanent residents and Australian Permanent Humanitarian visa holders, and New Zealand citizens).
- TPP courses are Austudy approved
- Flexible start dates: multiple offerings throughout the year
- Gain direct entry into most UniSC degrees upon successful completion

Choosing which TPP courses to study
Before you decide which TPP courses you should study, consider where you would like the TPP program to take you. Start by referring to the undergraduate programs that are offered at USC and decide which program you would like to study once you have completed TPP.

Note: You only need to include TPP as a preference in your QTAC application if you would like it considered as a pathway or backup option if you do not meet the entry requirements for your preferred program.
